G5: AI-Visible Work Artifacts
PowerPoint slides, demo videos, and meeting recordings cannot be consumed by AI agents. Knowledge dies in presentation formats. Slide bullet points lack context, demos show only happy paths, recordings contain hours of unstructured content with buried decisions.
Structured artifacts (Markdown specs, OpenAPI contracts, Architecture Decision Records) are AI-readable, searchable, composable, and version-controllable. They become building blocks for future work.
Principle
- All individuals, teams, and organizations MUST share work results as structured, AI-readable artifacts rather than presentation-only formats.
Features should produce specs, API contracts, and tests, not demo videos. Technical decisions should produce Architecture Decision Records, not meeting minutes. Research findings should produce structured documents, not slide decks. Structured artifacts are AI-readable, searchable, composable, and version-controllable. They become building blocks for future work.
